At least one minor was airlifted to a hospital following the accident of a church van in Van Buren, Arkansas. The church van from Beebe was carrying seven minors at the time of the collision, reported Bill Sadler of the Arkansas State Police department.
The First Church of Nazareth van was pulling a trailer when it rolled over after exiting the highway. Several vehicles driving behind the trailer collided with the van after the initial incident.
At least one passenger was airlifted via medical helicopter to a nearby hospital with serious injuries. More than 10 other individuals involved in the accident were taken to emergency rooms to treat minor injuries. No information has been released about the health status of these individuals.
