Joey McCutchen has been hard at work putting together another top notch ATLA CLE that will delve into the Details & Dynamics of Trucking Accidents. I’m sure you already know this but there is a lot to learn about trucking litigation! Joey is going to kick off the CLE with an ethics hour and then Dallas attorney Todd Tracy is speaking on Applying Vehicle Crashworthiness Principles to Heavy Duty Trucks; Dan Ramsdell, the Founder and National Director of the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America, will discuss The Unholy Trilogy: Talking, Texting and Trucking; Tim Whiting, a member of the National Advisory Board of Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America, will speak on Broker-Shipper Liability, and Brooks Rugemer will tell us How Bad Drivers Get Hired. Finally, Dan Ramsdell will come back and describe How to Find & Obtain Punitive Damages in Every Interstate Trucking case. This is information any Arkansas lawyer needs to know so come on up to U of A Sam Walton College of Business in Fayetteville on Friday, October 17.
